This is our home, although we are often away, so you’ll have plenty of privacy and will often have the shared living areas largely to yourself. The apartment has a balcony, fully equipped kitchen, high-speed Wi-Fi, residents’ gym, 24-hour concierge and secure parking. Just 10–15 mins’ walk from Canary Wharf on foot or even quicker by bike. This is a modern and spacious apartment, where you will have access to a large double bedroom and private bathroom, free secure underground parking, residents’ gym and 24-hour concierge. The apartment is just a 10–15 minute walk from Canary Wharf, with the Elizabeth line and DLR also within easy reach. The bedroom is spacious and comfortable, with a king-size bed and your own private bathroom. You’ll also have access to the bright open-plan living, dining and kitchen areas and private balcony. A little note about the accommodation: This is our home, although we travel regularly and are often away. The available bedroom has its own private bathroom, while the kitchen, living and dining areas and balcony are shared spaces. As we’re frequently away, there will often be periods when you have these areas entirely to yourself. Whether you’re working in Canary Wharf, exploring London, visiting family or relocating to the city, the apartment offers a comfortable base with excellent transport connections. Guest access: Guests have private use of the advertised bedroom and bathroom, plus shared use of the living room, dining area, kitchen and balcony. Guests also have access to the residents’ gym and secure underground parking space. Security: For the safety and security of our guests and property, one security camera is installed outside the apartment entrance. The camera monitors the exterior entrance area only and does not record any interior spaces.
